Privacy policy

How this website uses the details you give us.

Who we are

My Agent Called is made by TwoTen Studio. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean TwoTen Studio. If you have a question about your details, email us at liam@twotenstudio.co.uk.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website. If you use My Agent Called through your agency, as a member of staff or as one of its clients, your agency decides how your details are used in the system, and its own privacy policy applies.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo, we collect what you put in the form:

  • your name and your agency’s name
  • your email address, and your phone number if you give it
  • how many agents work at your agency
  • anything you write in the message box

The form also records the page you sent it from and the type of browser you used. It doesn’t record your IP address.

How we use it

We use these details to get in touch about your demo, to arrange and run it, and to follow up afterwards. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details for marketing.

Under UK data protection law, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who ask about My Agent Called, and on taking the steps you asked for before any agreement with us.

Who else sees it

Your request is stored on this website and emailed to us. The companies that host this website and deliver its email handle your details on our behalf.

How long we keep it

The website deletes demo requests automatically 12 months after they’re sent. If your agency becomes a customer, we keep the contact details we need to run your account.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set cookies when you visit it or send the form. We host our own fonts, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to Google or any other font service.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email liam@twotenstudio.co.uk and we’ll reply within a month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
